Participants must be aged 18 or above (based on date of birth).

Venue access is limited to participants only. Sorry for the inconvenience — please contact us if special access is required.

Please note that parking is not available at the venue.

Please note it’s about a 10-minute walk from the nearest car park to the venue.

All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and fair play.

Gambling, cheating, or collusion of any kind is strictly prohibited.

The organiser reserves the right to amend competition rules, prizes, or other event arrangements without prior notice.

Participants agree that the organiser may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or behaves inappropriately, with no refund of fees. All results achieved by disqualified participants will be voided.

All decisions made by the organiser on the day of the event are final. No appeals will be entertained.
