The registration fee is non-refundable once paid.

Free parking is available at the venue.

Participants of mahjong Tournament must be aged 15 or above (based on date of birth).

Friends and family are welcome to attend and watch the competition.

All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and fair play.

Gambling, cheating, or collusion of any kind is strictly prohibited.

The organiser reserves the right to amend competition rules, prizes, or other event arrangements without prior notice.

Participants agree that the organiser may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or behaves inappropriately, with no refund of fees. All results achieved by disqualified participants will be voided.
