Terms & Conditions

• The registration fee is non-refundable once paid.

• Free parking is available at the venue.

• Participants of mahjong Tournament must be aged 15 or above (based on date of birth).

• Friends and family are welcome to attend and watch the competition.

• All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and fair play.

• Gambling, cheating, or collusion of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• The organiser reserves the right to amend competition rules, prizes, or other event arrangements without prior notice.

• Participants agree that the organiser may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or behaves inappropriately, with no refund of fees. All results achieved by disqualified participants will be voided.

• All decisions made by the organiser on the day of the event are final. No appeals will be entertained.

• The organiser is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred by participants during the event.

• The organiser reserves the final right of decision on all matters related to the competition.

• Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
